Eden Brownell is a behavioral science and digital health strategist with over a decade of experience supporting national health plans, provider organizations, and healthcare technology companies. Eden’s expertise lies at the intersection of behavioral science and digital health, where she has driven enterprise transformation and supported the successful adoption of emerging technologies.

As the founder of EmpathAIze Labs, Eden helps organizations translate behavioral insight into human-centered AI adoption and scalable change strategies. She applies principles from psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics to design behavior change and engagement strategies to drive AI adoption, improve care outcomes, and reduce friction in digital health experiences for diverse patient populations.

Through her previous work with mPulse and HMS, Eden has guided national teams through complex change, aligning messaging with human motivation and designing communication strategies that foster trust in innovation. Her work has closed preventive care gaps, increased medication adherence, and helped internal teams embrace change.
