Dr. Gerald Daneshvar leads corporate development at Ainsley Advisory Group, where he also oversees investor relations, channel partnerships, and growth initiatives. He brings extensive experience in connecting healthcare leaders, startups, and investors across the innovation ecosystem.

A physician, educator, and biotech executive, Dr. Daneshvar has led innovation across plasma manufacturing, gene therapy, and clinical operations, with leadership roles at CSL Behring, Octapharma Plasma, and American Gene Technologies. As Chief Medical Officer at CareLink360, he led commercialization and strategic growth initiatives in digital health and dementia care. He has also directed investor relations and business development efforts across companies in liquid biopsy (Novelna), neuromodulation (NeurTx), and AI-enabled diagnostics (iSono Health).

In addition to his industry work, Dr. Daneshvar teaches entrepreneurship, business, and strategic management as Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University. He also serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the university’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where he mentors student-led ventures at the intersection of business and health.

Dr. Daneshvar earned his MD from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan.
