Kylee is a Product & Design Partner who combines creativity, design thinking, and over 18 years of healthcare IT expertise to shape product strategy and execution. Her dual background in technical healthcare and the arts gives her a distinctive perspective to solve complex problems and lead product design solutions that are both technically sound and intuitive.

Trained in graphic design and holding a Master’s degree in Transformative Art from John F. Kennedy University, Kylee applies her creative foundation alongside her healthcare IT experience and Epic certifications to design intuitive user experiences, guide go-to-market strategies, and build resonant brand identities. Her undergraduate degree in English from UC Berkeley further strengthens her communication and storytelling skills, enabling her to connect ideas, people, and solutions with clarity.

Kylee has led the design, implementation, and optimization of Epic solutions, including the MyChart patient portal and third-party integrations within complex organizations and markets. She leads with technical insight and creative sensibilities, helping organizations deliver products that drive meaningful transformation in healthcare.
